Sample Rate - Speed SX

I have been using the stamp BS2px to get random bits form the breadboard into the PC via USB. But I have reached the limits by 2800 bits per second and I realized I need much more speed.

Also can I have an AD chip on the board and what is the max. sample frequency the sx can handle on the input pins? Is the SX board usable for that?

I don't know too much about USB, but I am very sure that you could simultaneously be sampling from an ADC and sending information out via RS232 at 230400 bps using an SX chip clocked at 50 MHZ. This could be done without pushing the SX anywhere near its limits. Provided your ADC is fast enough and you use the speeder USB you should be able to get speeds higher than the aforementioned bit rate.
