Resistors

I have a BASIC stamp 2 module, and i want to interface it with some stuff for the book "123 Robotics Experiments for the Evil Genius"... but the local store doesn't have any 220 isolated-series of resistors, but i do have some 330 resistor networks at home... so should i solder individual 220 ohm resistors, or could i just take the 330 ohm network? and what constraints would that make in sourcing ou sinking current (if i'd take the 330)?

{EDIT}
And... what is a CKN9009 switch? appears like a DPST switch, but i'm not sure
{/EDIT}

    330 ohms is fine.

    will it make any leds dimmer, and motors a bit slower?

    and also, what is that CKN9009 switch?

    Leds may be a tad dimmer. You should NOT be running motors directly from BASIC Stamp pins; if you do you will have problems. What you should be doing is using the BASIC Stamp pin to control a transistor that drives the motor on.

    The CKN9009 appears to be a switch from Digi-Key (www.digikey.com) -- put that number in their search box for details.
