Hi, I just got the Flexiforce demo up and running on Stampdaq.

This is my first attempt at a Basic Stamp project, and so far I am truly impressed with the hardware/software interface.

What I want to do is create more columns in the excell spreadsheet to display other outputs or calculations from the BS21C.

You are right. Stampdaq can be real cool. How many columns do you need? I know stampdaq is limited. Can you post your code?
