Can this RF modules be done

Hi Sir/ Mdm,
I have some enquires which i need you for advise if i purchase these RF modules as shown below:
A.27995·<!-- product category -->433.92 MHz Receiver RF (SIP/solid/raw)
B.27996··<!-- product category -->433.92 MHz Transmitter RF (SIP/solid/raw)
Please advise below if we used it in this ways:·
1. Buy an additional of the Board with the·microcontroller with BS2, then plug in the 27996··<!-- product category -->433.92 MHz Transmitter RF·to act as a·receiving the·PBasic code from computer. This Board will be stationary at the computer.Can this be done?
2. The 27995·<!-- product category -->433.92 MHz Receiver RF will plug into the board which will be mounted together with the BOE BOT robot kit. Correct?
3. I will plan to·download the PBasic Code from Computer to board for the Transmitter side. So how's do the 433.92 MHz Receiver RF able to receive the PBasic code from the Transmitter side?
Please advise can this work?

If you want programming capability you need the Linkmatic modules.
