Hi

I am using this MOSFET ( IRL 520) recently from parallax and I was looking at the pin (D G S) and I got confused because I was using some other MOSFET initially, I am attaching mine little circuit with pin config because I am tryin to run the code and it is not working for this MOSFET. whereas it was working for the other MOSFET

    ·· Are you sure you have the connections correct?· That is, the right pins connected on the device?

    If I'm reading the packaging docs (http://www.irf.com/package/hexfet/to220ab.pdf) correctly, I think your circuit should look like the one I've attached.

    And isn't this a duplication or continuation of another thread?· nono.gif

    ·· Looks like you and I had the same thoughts...And according to that PDF, if his drawing is chip-centric, it's incorrectly wired.
