programming BS2P24/40 with compaq ipaq?

Hi,
I read somewhere at some point in the past the some people were using Compaq Ipaq's to program the basic stamps.· Is this correct?· If so, what hardware and software do I need and where do I get it?

    I believe Flexipanel has a device called "LinkMatik" Stamp Edition that will work with a Compaq PDA·that has Bluetooth.· Here is a link for more information:· http://www.flexipanel.com/LinkMatikSE/index.htm·

    No, this is not correct.· There is a product called FlexiPanel that can be connected to the BASIC Stamp and interact with a FlexiPanel client that runs on the iPaq.· Here's an article that shows how: http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/cols/nv/vol5/col/nv112.pdf

    Note that the FlexiPanel designer software has changed since that article came out.

    There is a program that allows one to run dos programs on it, you might be able to use the dos programmer.
    Also I have heard that Linux will run on it. Is there any Linux stamp programmers???
