PWMPAL Help

I am new to this group. I need help with the pwmpal.
I want to connect the pwmpal to a high-voltage high current h-bridge. I need help on how to connect the h-bridge to the pwmpal, which pins to connect. I want to also connect a encoder to the pwmpal to measure the speed of the motor to maintain a certain speed.
I also want to start the motor with a pressure or force sensor the robot will go a predetermined distance stop and go another predetermined distance when the pressure or force sensor is activated. The motor is 24 V 20 amps. I need help determining which pins to connect to the pwmpal and which pins to connect to the basic stamp a diagram would be helpful of the pin connections. . I will attach the specs of the h-bridge and the pwmpal. Any help will be appreciated.
