which hitec-322 servo for quad-crawler?

Greetings,

I'm trying to build my own quad-crawler. I'll be using the Parallax servo controller board + BoE. Time to order the servos. I'm having trouble trying to figure out which version of the Hitec HD-322 servo to buy. Towerhobbies.com has a standard "S" and a standard "J" connector. I'm not sure which I need. Any ideas?
