Tokenizer DLL file in VB.NET

Hi, Can anyone help me figure out how to initialize and refrence the tokenizer DLL file in vb.net?
I've successfully added it to my project, but I can't find any way to initialize any of its libraries because none appear in my resources. Does anyone have any sample code that explains how they've done this? I've been trying to figure it out for quite some time now without any luck.
