trying to connect a javelin stamp to an AF-P485

I am trying to connect a javelin stamp to an AF-P485 (RS232 to RS485 converter). The AF-P485 has 4 pins: A, B, +/- 5V. Does anyone know how I connect these 4 pins to the javelin stamp?

Neither of those 4 pins connect to the Javelin.
The DSUB9 connector pins 2 and 3 must connect to 2 Javelin I/O pins
via a RS232 level shifter like the MAX232 (or the Sipex237 on the Javelin demoboard)
Then you define 2 Uarts, one for receive and one for transmit.

The DSUB9 (i.e.the RS232 side) is plugged into my PC's serial port.
The AF-485 will then convert the PC's 232 signal to a 485 signal that I will send out to a series of javelin stamps that are all hanging off of the 485 wires.
then all A's and all B's must be connected (these make up the RS485 bus).
Or use a Maxim MAX487 half duplex TTL to RS485 chip that connects
directly to the Javelin (this chip also has the A and .
