Low clock speed

I am hacking a game buzzer with an SX and I need a really low power consumption.· The program is very simple and doesn't require a high clock speed.· Is there any limit to how slow I can set the clock speed as long as I use an occilator?·
I know that the internal clock has a lower limit of 2 million hz·(I think) but if I used an occilator could I get it down to around 1000 hz?· It would also be much easier to do time delays.

The internal clock can be as low as 32KHz.
Use "OSC32KHZ" on the device line.

Directives LP1 and RC permit oscillator frequencies down to DC, meaning there is no lower limit on how slow you can clock the SX.
