Servo Controller USB 28823. What is Serial In connector?

does anybod know what is the "Serial In" connector in Parallax Servo Controller USB version?
Can it be used to control the Servos using a Serial In connctor?
what are the PIN descriptions?

    The "serial in" can be·used with the Board of Education with the BASIC Stamp or just the BASIC Stamps.· Remember you can only use 5v for the supply voltage on the serial in connector.· The pin connections are labeled on the bottom of the connector.

    You can -- any micro that can support the baud rate and mode of the PSC.

    Baud Rate is 2400, right?

    What is the "MODE" of PSC?

    ·· The PSC requires TTL level serial communications at 2400 bps or 38,400 bps.
