A couple months ago I posted a request for help on how to attach a picture to a post. Jon Williams promptly replied. I have tried to attach a picture, but with no luck. Jon or anybody, if you could give·more details, I would greatly appreciate it. I·have tried to·attach a picture from my hard drive using the "Attachment Manager", but nothing appears on the post.

I now have some pictures of my Robot I want to post under "Projects".

Thanks,
Joe Fishback

When in the post editor (not the quick reply field), click on the button under the text panel called "Attachment Manager."· This will bring up a dialog.· Click on the "Browse" button and locate your image (BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, etc.) and click "Open."· Back in the Attachment Manager dialog, click on upload file.· This may take a moment, depending on the size of the file.· You can upload up to five files per post.· I happened to attach a picture of our forthcoming SX28 Proto Board to this message (no availability yet on that board, so please don't ask).

The SX48/52 proto board will come first; the SX28 version will follow. It's not designed to be fancy -- it's designed to be very cheap so that you can afford them for 1-off projects (we've had a lot of request for a really low cost prototype board, so that's why we did it). If you're looking for a cool development board, the PDB is best.

Dare I say we've gone off thread topic here -- a violation of forum guidelines.· Let's keep questions related to SX Proto Boards in the SX forum.
