Rubberband gun with servo

I have no idea how to build it.
I have built a robot and the rubberband gun is a mod. What happens is:
The robot goes to a spot in the sun (or shade) and sits there waiting for someone to walk
past and then it shoots a rubberband at them (or it) this sounds a bit cruel but have a look at the BOE-bot with a nerf gun (Robotics forum) I need to know How do I make a mount for a servo and small bolt + nut out of something that :
A) Won't bend
Is light weight
C) Is cheap (I'm on a tight budget and i'm a Kiwi (NZ)
Any help will be apreciated
