Another dumb question regarding capacitor...

I have another question to bother everyone.· Because of my low electronics backgorund I need confirmation from people who know what they are doing.· I have a very large servo (Hitec HS-805BB - 343 oz/in) and before I alter it I want to test it using the same general setup as the basic WAM exercise that controls a servo using a pot.· What would be a proper capacitor to use in this case? The supply voltage will be a 6V NiMH battery.· Thank you.

·· Long live the king!· Hey, you can use any 15V or higher capacitor.· 1,000uF or higher should be plenty.· I hope this helps you.· This is assuming you're talking about a buffering capacitor.· The activity in WAM also uses a capcitor for the RCTIME section.· That part of the circuit will be running from 5V, but you can still use a 10V or higher rated capacitor.
