    we've got it working in demo mode bud it is barely audible.

    Are you using the minimum connections configuration on page 3 of http://www.magnevation.com/pdfs/speakjetusermanual.pdf·? If so then use the configuration immeadiatly below titled "Minimum Connection for Serial Control." The demo mode configuration is only intended as a "make sure its working" configuration, for applications you need to amplify the sound to properly drive a speaker.

    Is speaker volume the only problem·you are having?

    We have it connected to an audio amplifier and the volume control is fixed. Now we need to figure out how to wire it to the boe-bot.

    Connect pin 17 of the Speakjet to pin 14 of the stamp, and pin 10 of the Speakjet to pin 15 of the stamp and use the demo program I pointed to. You can connect pins 17 and 10 to any two IO pins of the stamp, but you will need to reflect the change in the demo program.
