    If the Latency Timer doesn't work, try chaning the timeout values (same dialog) to to larger values.

    Thank you for your advice.
    I changed the timeout values to larger values (100-1000), the Basic Stamp was not still detect in Basic Stamp Editor.
    What reasons can be thinking of those phenomena?
