··· How do you copy and paste a word document that has a bitmap schematic in? The word document pastes ok but the schematic is blank.

Thanks Bob

Typically, images in Word can be one of two types (not formats...types), embedded or referenced. If it is referenced, it exists outside of the document and gets looked at and put on the screen (and in print) only when needed. If this is the case, then you have to track down where it is (usually via right click and "Properties") and treat as a normal image file. If the image is embedded, you can right click on it and select "Copy" and then paste it into your favorite graphics program (one that can handle its "format", that is), and then treat as a normal image file.
