Since noone has answered you question, I'll take a stab at it: First I'm not exactly sure what your requesting,·if your just looking for the musical score to Westminster chimes look here: http://www.mit.edu/people/kenta/three/westminster/chimes.html·you'll have to go find what frequencies correspond to which note, but that is fairly easy, I leave that to you to figure out.

If you want an actual recording of the real thing look here: http://web.ukonline.co.uk/kpj.jones/contents.html

Here's a·recording·of some windchimes tuned to westminster: http://www.nicetoys.com/motswindchimesbypitch.html·though there are some misplaced notes (it is a windchime after all) and only up to the half hour is clearly distinct, but with a sound editing program you can clean it up and create the entire score.

What you're missing is envelop control -- FREQOUT can give you tone(s), but without control of the ADSR envelope you won't be able to mimic real life sounds.

I hadn't thought of that aspect Jon, an envelope can be accomplished via an op-amp with a digipot as the feedback resistor, but I don't think you could use the same stamp to emit the FREQOUT and control the envelope at the same time since FREQOUT occupies the stamp for its duration (to my knowledge), either another stamp or some other off stamp control would be required.
