I need to find a place where I can buy drill bits usable for pcb's
any one have any ideas ?

jameco also has some, not sure of the part #'s but look in the pcb supplies. There around $5 each.

i have only made one circut board but i used a regular drill and the smalles bit (1/16) from a hardware with a non electric drill i got from radio shack it worked fine.
