linking via serial

not sure if this has been done or not but I thought i'd ask.
i'm just kind of messing around and thought it would be neat if i could get my boebot to talk to an oopic-r bot via serial connection.
is that even possible?
i just wanna swap commands to see if i can do it.

I don't know anything about the OOPIC-r bot. However, by default the BS2 can speak RS232 (at 0 to 5 volt levels) out any of its data pins.

I'm almost certain the OOPIC should be able to recieve this directly on its pins.
