How do you·include a picture in a post?· What·are the actual steps? What format should the picture be?

You can post an image that is at a URL accessible by the forums. If you don't want to put your image out on the web somewhere, then do this:

-- attach you image to a post; submit it (use GIF or JPG images)
-- go to the post, click on the image link to open it in a new window
-- copy the address line from the browser window
-- go back to your original post and edit it -- use the Insert Picture image and paste your image URL there
-- resubmit
