Is there any way to place one of these bars at the bottom in addition to the existing one on the top?

    I've wished for that as well. Especially on some of the longer threads out there. Granted you can just hit the "Home" key which jumps to the top. But when you are in mouse mode, that Home key seems a long way away. Boy have we gotten lazy!
