I am trying to figure out what the output on a ballast is. I.E. Voltage, current, watts.
Does anyone have an idea on this? I know that it will vary between manufactures, im just looking for a ball park.

Thanks.

It will vary between types too!

    T8/T12/CFL.....

    Google is your friend!!

Remember that you have ballasts for the short tubes and different ballasts for the long tubes...then you have the ballasts for 2xtubes and there are ballasts for 4xtubes.· All are rated for their given loads....

All of the ones I have seen have a sticker on them with the ratings, and wiring diagram...Of course, it stands to reason that not everyone would do this.
