who can tell me that how i can use a osilloscope to measure the pulse for a servo motor?

    Connect the scop ground clip to Vss, put the probe on the signal pin. Set to trigger on a high-going edge. You should see a pulse between 0.5 and 2.5 ms wide, every 20 ms or so.
