Not yet -- it is scheduled to be included in version 1.2. No release date is set at this time.

You can always use Parallax's doc files that detail how to do it in asm, I believe they implement it as a virtual peripheral (ie its in the isr, which is best written in asm)

And I've written lots of PBASIC I2C code (Stamps that don't have built-in I2C support)

While we're on the subject of protocols,

we're also adding Dallas 1-Wire to version 1.2 as well.
