Sharp LM-16151 Display

I have been given a Sharp LM-16151 LCD. It looks like it it is a 1x16 display. It has a HD44780A00H contrller on it. I have "Googled" looking for a data sheet on it, but to no avail. It has 14 pins on the upper left corner very similar to the diagram shown in the BASIC Stamp Syntax and Reference Manual V2.1 on page 238. I just don't want to "smoke check it" by getting VSS and Vdd backwards. Anyone have any idea where I can get a data sheet?

Short of a data sheet, www.aade.com/LCinst/lcm2b.htm shows the schematic of an implemented LM-16151. Out to be able to sus it out from that.

The HD44780 is a common LCD controller. I recently bought a 16 x 2 line LCD with a HD44780 controller and had no problems interfacing it to a BS2 Homework board and Tab Sumo-Bot with an integrated BS2 using Nuts and Volts #31 which you can download here www.parallax.com/html_pages/downloads/nvcolumns/Nuts_Volts_Download_V1.asp
