simple schematics

As far as I know, these schematics should be correct, would someone like to verify for me?
Please keep in mind hard-wring of pins 6 and 7 on the serial cable is done on the serial cable side and not shown in this diagram. Also it looks like my decimal place holder got cut off on one of the cap labels, both caps are .1

The value of· both the capacitors is .1uf.· You don't need to connect it to both grounds, you can use just one ground.
