Voltmeter and SERIN command

Hello
Does anyone know of a volt-meter using serial communication, so SERIN command can simply grab the displayed voltage on the voltmeter and transfer the voltage into the stamp. HELP! Any other suggetions how I can do this?

It came with a small software suite that would let me graph readings.

This is from a quick look at their site.
Now, you'll pay a few bucks for fluke products...but I'm not sure if you were just looking for an IC....or something else!?
