Programing interface with BS2

Hi I was wondering if any one knew how to interface with the Tokenizer.Dll in vb.net
in order to add it as a reference I had to register it with the Command Regsvr32 at the command prompt I don’t know if I am attempting to do this right because when I add the reference it works but I can not·initiate any variable with it·if you do please send me some tips or what programming language Parallax.com used to create the BS2 editor. Any help even in any language supported my Visual Studio. net would be appreciated. I am trying to build a real time interface on a computer to interact or automate my BS2.
