using BS1 Serial Adapter

I see two marks on the adapter, the top pin has two arrows facing downwards, and the bottom pin has an A below it. How does it mount on the BS1 programming output? I see a VOS, PCO and a PCI for the programming inputs.

    here is the schematic of the of the BS1 it shows the Vss PCO PCI with the >>

    which tells you the order to connect.

    You'll find a >> mark on the serial adapter and on any BS1 board with a 3-pin inteface. Match up the marks.
