Hi,
·I am working on a project involving seriel port communication between 'Arobot' of arrick
robotics (www.robotics.com) which uses basic stamp (BS2) microcontroller and 'siteplayer
development kit or SPK1' of netmedia inc (www.siteplayer.com) embedded web server. I am
trying to hook Arobot to internet using siteplayer so that I can contol the Arobot using a
WebPage GUI. I am having problem in seriel port communication between both modules.
Siteplayer connects to· internet using an ethernet cable/port.
I am having difficulty in making the two devices talk to eachother as both the devices have
their own commands for seriel communication(siteplayer: read/readx, write/writex and
Arobot(BS2): serin, serout).
I searched the web but did not find much on the topic, I need some kind of example code or
hints·which will help me to make the devices talk to each other on the seriel port.
***Also, Is it possible to do run time seriel port communication to BS2(ARobot)?
Any Help is appreciated!!!
Thank You,
Sid
