unable to connect with my stamp

····· I'm adderssing this to you Dave as you offered some help on my last post but I am still unable to connect with my stamp.· I now realize I probably can not open the com port because as you suggested the driver for the USB to serial adapter is not installed and I am for some reason not able to install it either via the Windows install wizard or directly.· Again if you can offer any help or suggestions they would be very appreciated.· THANHS.

    the only thing I have to offer, is that you use a proper Subject heading so people of interest will read the message.
