i purchased an eb500 about 3 weeks ago and it worked nicely until a couple of days ago it has seemed to have died.· i can't get it to connect to my dbt 120 on my pc any longer.· i tried resetting by shorting pins 8 and 9 but this did not work either.· any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Is the eb500 getting warm to the touch?· If so, please contact tech support at Parallax (www.support@parallx.com).· If it is not getting warm,·see if you can try it on another PC or a PDA that Bluetooth software.

    i have tried all those things and still i get no results. i have not noticed any warming of the eb500.
