Hi,
I just switched from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 on all my computers for my classroom. I have noticed that when I run the editor (v2.1) with 2k, I have to disconnect the serial cable for the program to operate on the BS2 vB. On 98, the serial cable can be left connected and the program will operate normally. Is this normal?
The other question I have is on Stamp Editor v2.1, I installed the new editor on all my machines. Some of the editors have a number to the left of each line that is entered and some of them don't. How do· I make it so that all the editors have the line number?
Thanks in advance.

Add a DEBUG statement to your code·and see if this corrects the problem?· I think it could be that the serial port is reseting the stamp.
