USB-BOE Driver (Re)Installation?

I just purchased the USB BOE for use·with my laptop (I am running XP home edition w/ SP2). I downloaded the drivers and loaded as instructed. The system found the BOE and I was able to program my BS2SX with out any problems. The problem is that everytime I turn on my laptop and plug in the BOE, the system wants to load the drivers again just like it was never done. I don't have this problem with any other USB devices. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
