Debug Reset of Stamp

I have a problem when plugging in DB9 while on Debug and reseting the stamp. Is there a pin that I can open to prevent this....Not worried about downloading with cable?

    The usual offender is the ATN line, pin 3 on the Stamp module. Disconnect that line or disable it in some way. The Stamp resets when a positive level or pulse is detected on that pin, coming from pin 4 of the DB9.
