Did the version 2.xx IDE work on the same machine?

The last time this happened to someone, it wasn't that the window was locking up, but that the configure window was appearing off-screen...When it's open (Even off-screen) you can't click anything else in the IDE...Try making your desktop bigger and see if it is appearing down and to the right...

If it is because the dialog is offscreen (I thought I fixed that...), you can also hit the hotkey combination ALT-Spacebar. This is a favorite (and vitrually unknown) hotkey that is present in Windows that will bring up the system menu of whatever window has the focus. Even if the window is offscreen, ALT-Spacebar will bring the system menu up in the nearest visible location. You can then use the arrow keys or shortcut to select the "Move" menu entry. You'll then see a four way arrow which can be moved by the cursor keys. Move it towrds the center of your desktop and you'll find the window will come dragging in. Extremely handy when a window is outside the reach of the mouse.
      Thanks, PeterM
