question on BS2 timer accuracy

Ok, suppose I wanted to have a device (driven by a bs2) output a frequency for 7 seconds every 2 hours. How accurate would this be using the BS2 as it is? would I need to add an external clock or use a xtal of some sort?

    The question of accuracy is NOT with the BS2, it's with your (delay) code. Having tuned code and used an external RTC for precision timing I will tell you that using an external RTC is easier -- code changes with the RTC don't force you to re-tune everything.
