It would be appropriate to rephrase your question with some detail. Do you want to connect your BASIC Stamp to a USB port? If so, you could use this: http://www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=28024 and install the drivers from our web site. It would appear as a COM port though with USB connections.
