Stamp Communication Problem

I have the new USB version of the BOE BOT and I have everything plugged in correctly; however, the software does not recognize the BS2 chip. When I look under troubleshooting it does not address my issue because the Robotics With Boe Bot book that I have does not have information on the USB version of Boe Bot.

Help!

    Go to Editor/Preferences/Editor Operation·and check to make the USB Comm port is listed.· It is probably Com4, and you may have to add it.
