Retrieving data from EEPROM in BS2pe

I have successfully gotten my BS2pe to store temperature data in several EEPROM storage banks. Yipee!

After I finish accumulating data, what is the best way to get the data back out? I wrote a separate program to display the data on the DEBUG screen, but the screen isn't big enough to display all the data without overwriting what appears on the screen. What is the best way to get the data out and then into a graphing program (like Excel).

Use Hyperterminal to capture the data to an Excel file.
