I need to build a gripper for my robot. Does anyone have some plans or tutorials on how to build one?

This is a servo-based gripper. $15.00, or $45.00 with Servo's installed.

And then there's this one:

This uses two servos, two micro-switches, and two rods to grip a tennis-ball or soda-can.
Very cool use of the switches to find when it has something, serves double use as
a collision detector...
