CODE HELP REQ: FREQUENCY MESUREMENT UNDER 1hz

How do i collect frequency measurements under 1hz? Does anyone have an example of using pulsin to time pulses from hall effect sensor? are there any tricks to measure leading edge to leading edge?

    How clean are the pulses you want to measure?· If they're clean you can use a pin on the BS2 to read them.· If they're not, you can use a Schmitt Trigger.· If using the BS2 to count pulses that slow isn't practical, you can hang a counter off the BS2, let it count, and read it when you want...I think Al Williams might have something in the way of a chip to do this.

    What is the frequency range ?
    and how accurate does the measurement have to be ?

    .33 hz to 400hz
