3 probe temperature datalogging

I am trying to put together a project that can monitor the temperature from 3 thermocouple probes over a period of a few hours. I want to monitor and log the temperatures in my BBQ at several locations (including in the meat) say every minute or so.
I have 3 DS2760 thermocouple units (from Parallax) and a BS2pe. I have successfully wired up a thermocouple and can read the temp using the demo program availabe in the product info section. So far so good!
What I need help with is on two things.

What I need help with is on two things.
- How do I modify the code to allow cycling through three thermocouples?
- Can you point me to some examples of how to store the data from each probe so I can then retrieve it all later so I can graph it out?
