Hi,
·· Does anyone know of any digital or analog compass that I can use with a Basic Stamp apart from the one from Parallax and Dinomore?

    The Devantech CMPS-03 will work. It will give two types of output.

    One is a PWM output that is proportional to heading which is easily converted to degrees.

    The other is an I2C output which returns a number between 0 and 255.You will, of course, either have to use a stamp that does I2C or bit bang your own . Jon Williams has N&V examples for doing this you can liberate.

    You can also read degrees directly from the Devantech compass (that's how I use it).
