Hello everyone,

I try to communicate from my PC using VB program to BS2, I already read the nuts and volts article
Column #41, July 1998 by Jon Williams:
I am not able to have a link between PC and BS2 somebody have better codes or tutorial

Have a look at the code sample that comes with our RS-232 AppMod -- it's better than my old code.

One thing you might consider is having a look at http://www.al-williams.com/npdaqax.htm. This ActiveX is actually meant to work with some of our hardware, but the ActiveX is free for personal use and will work with the Stamp.

See the attached.· It's as small and simple as I could make it,
with full examples on both sides.

You DO need VB5 Pro or VB6 Pro, as these are the only ones that
come with the MSCOMM control that VB uses.
