Hello,
I am making a design and to get the accuracy I want from the
sensor I am using I have to crunch some heavy numbers like: -2.8*10^-
6 which is -.0000028 and -.00000002 and was wondering if there was
any simple way to do it using the BS2? The problem is the 16 bit
math and I was looking into getting a 32 bit math co processor and
was wondering if you guys had any to suggest to me?

When you say HP-style, do you mean RPN notation?

the PAK-II handles things like trig and logs. The PAK-IX is similar to a
PAK-II but adds A/D. The PAK-XII has a simpler (but in some cases less
efficient) RS232 interface and includes A/D. It is almost like having an
HP-style calculator on a serial port.
All of these are 32-bit coprocessors. Any 32-bit floating point system
should handle 24 bits of significant digits. The remaining bits are for the
exponent. We have a wealth of sample code, much of it for the Stamp.

The PAK-XII is fairly new, but the other devices have long track records and
are successfully deployed in a wide range of equipment.
