This is problable the one area I find fault
with Parallax.
The B-X has 25mil square pins which will not
fit into a machined socket, but are rugged.
the Stamp uses thin sheetmatal pins that are
not readily available to those of us who
were a little too ham fisted and pulled
a Stamp out of the socket only to have it
twist and then bend or bread the last 4 pins
on the board.
If parallax would sell those pins in lots of 4
or offer a 'repair' service for pins it would
be nice service.

solder into a pc board. Then, I unplug the stamp and header as a unit.

will fit the 24 pin BASIC Stamps. I believe that they are .59 cents
each. Here is a link for Jameco www.jameco.com .

I ALWAYS put my stamp on a machined pin dip header, like something you
would
solder into a pc board. Then, I unplug the stamp and header as a unit.
