Is it possible to send {house code} {extended data code} {analog data}
using the basic stamp XOUT?

    Unless something has changed, extended codes can not be sent with XOUT.

    Thanks for the BAD news. I was hoping to use the BS2SX and PL513 to
    send temperature data to my PC.

    Just send it out as serial data, or did you require a wireless solution?

    If it cost more than $100 I will run wires. The low price of the PL513
    made it look attractive.
